I would love to wake up to this view, every single day.
That’s how I would introduce Boracay to my friends and readers. If you are a beach getaway lover just like me, Boracay’s your PARADISE.
Philippines is made up of 7017 islands (during low tide apparently). But hey, where’s Boracay exactly? Here’s a map to help you identify PARADISE.
长滩岛欢迎你！ Welcome to Boracay!
Here’s a dedicated post, purely on the lovely sexy beaches and views that you can find in Boracay. Before that, just to hijack this post and digress a little… one of the top reasons why I like beach getaways is the 1001 outfits that you can prepare & wear for just a few days. My packing list usually includes shades, bikinis, sunhat, sundresses and slippers / sandals!
A sundress with colours that resemble the colours of Boracay waters
Floral dress from Missypixie Got it at a bargain at their recent summer party!
Colourful checkered dress for dinner date! (curious about the food we ate? look for for upcoming sumptuous yummlicious food posts)
Dress well, play well!
It’s really not that hard to fall in love with such views.
And so, here’s a series of possible AWE-GASMIC scenes that you can get, right here in Boracay:
Along White Beach
White beach is at the center of all the action.
The long stretch of unobstructed view accompanies the buzz that happens alongside it.
Resorts, shops, restaurants line the stretch. If you want some buzz and still get an awesome view of Boracay, stay at one of the resorts along this area (to be introduced in one of the following episodes, so stay tuned!).
Out at sea
One of the best places to do snorkeling as the waters are so clear that you can just peer into the sea with your googles!
What else did we do in Boracay? Stay tuned to the upcoming posts!
With fellow bloggers (from the left) Jerome, Melissa & William.
Along Crystal Cove
Breathe-taking views on a limestone island.
In Fairways and Bluewater Resort

Along Puka Beach
Puka was just voted one of the top 100 beaches in the world in 2013 by CNN Travel, indeed easily my favourite beach. It is the second-longest beach on Boracay and relatively empty most of the time. Surreal and beautiful.
The following pictures were taken when we just landed on the beach earlier that after noon. Those above were taken when we were about to leave.
Ok, maybe not, fall in love with Boracay instead.

Just to recap, 10 bloggers (and I’m the lucky 1/10) went on an inaugural flight via Tigerair’s latest direct route to Kalibo, together with omy.sg and the Philippines Department of Tourism
